In just one week after the launch of the iPhone 15, a new leak has revealed a long-term issue, as well as a production issue that could affect the availability of Apple’s new flagship model. In a blog post, the famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reveals that Apple is experiencing serious problems with the production of the camera sensor for the standard iPhone 15 model in the titanium chassis of the Pro, as well as delays in the production of the flagship iPhone 15. Pro Max . Perhaps the most shocking thing is the new CIS main camera for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.

Kuo says that Apple tried to solve its production problems by increasing the volume, but up to 15% of the standard models are still affected. Added to this are two issues with the Pro version. Kuo says their new titanium frame will reduce the weight of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, but “high manufacturing difficulties and significant changes during development” have affected their production. In addition, “Project Pro Max was the last to launch, so the mass production process is behind the other models.” The latter risk may cause problems for the promotion industry, since the iPhone 15 Pro Max is expected to account for up to 40% of the original iPhone 15 orders.

Its new periscopic zoom camera is a selling point. In addition, Kuo reveals that Apple has had production problems with the display and battery of the iPhone 15, and the latter “expands when exposed to heat” — an issue that, according to the analyst, has now been resolved.

It is shocking to see such challenges at this stage in the iPhone production process, some developers may choose to wait to ensure that they do not encounter any hardware problems with the first version of the iPhone 15s appearing in line. That said, if you want the iPhone 15 Pro Max, it looks like you’ll have to act early or wait a long time — and with the Pro Max price expected to reach $200, that adds up and the problem.

Speaking to me, Dickson revealed that the iPhone 15 Pro Max in the video is a prototype but the design is perfect. Dickson has a long and accurate history, so anyone who is attached to the physical mute button will have to accept its inevitable removal or buy the iPhone 15 Plus, since it will last the next generation. Replace the mute ring, found on all previous iPhones, the button will be only for the Pro model.

It is solid state, which means that it will not move physically, but will send a vibration response (like the MacBook trackpad). This should increase durability and water resistance. The button will also be programmable, with code in iOS 17 betas revealing several options: Accessibility, Shortcuts, Quiet Mode, Camera, Flashlight, Focus, Magnifier, Translate, and Voice Memos.
